- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup (100g) Sugar
- 3.5 oz (100g) Dark Chocolate
- 1/3 cup (35g) Flour
- 1 tbsp Cocoa

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Melt the dark chocolate. You can do this using a double boiler or by using the microwave in10-second intervals, stirring well between each interval.
Add the butter, chopped into small pieces, to the melted chocolate, stirring until it's fully incorporated. Let it cool slightly.

Prepare your molds by greasing them with a bit of butter. If you don't have specific lava cake molds, a muffin tin will work just fine.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared molds and place them in the freezer for about an hour.
Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F) and bake your cakes for 10-15 minutes.
